Position Overview
We are currently seeking a highly organized and professional Remote HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations within a healthcare staffing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are interested in HR administration, recruitment support, onboarding coordination, employee relations, compliance documentation, and workforce operations.
As an HR Coordinator, you will assist with maintaining employee records, coordinating interviews and onboarding tasks, tracking required documentation, supporting internal communication, and helping ensure HR processes are completed accurately and on time. This position combines administrative support, employee communication, data entry, scheduling coordination, and healthcare staffing compliance support.

Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations, recruitment administration, and employee record management
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding tasks, orientation schedules, and new hire documentation
- Maintain accurate employee files, candidate records, compliance documents, and HR system updates
- Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, resume screening, and candidate follow-up
- Communicate with candidates, employees, managers, and internal staffing teams through phone, email, and virtual platforms
- Track background checks, credential documents, training requirements, and onboarding completion
- Support payroll, timekeeping, attendance tracking, and employee status updates when needed
- Prepare HR reports, staffing updates, onboarding summaries, and administrative documentation
- Assist with employee questions related to policies, onboarding, schedules, and HR procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and follow healthcare staffing compliance standards
- Support employee engagement, retention, and internal communication initiatives
- Perform additional HR administrative and coordination duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, HR systems, applicant tracking systems, and virtual communication tools
- Accurate data entry, recordkeeping, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing, onboarding, employment documentation, or compliance processes is an asset but not required
