Terms of Use & Applicant Agreement
These Terms of Use and Applicant Agreement (“Agreement”) set forth the conditions under which you (“Applicant,” “you,” or “your”) may apply for employment or placement through JNR Medical Staffing Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By applying or continuing the onboarding process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.
Your application is submitted for consideration for temporary, contract, or permanent placement opportunities in healthcare administrative, billing, coding, and related support roles. Submission of an application does not guarantee employment or placement.
You represent that all information provided in your application, resume, and related communications is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in disqualification from consideration or termination of placement.
Applicants may be required to complete a background screening prior to placement, in compliance with applicable healthcare regulatory requirements. Applicants may be responsible for initial screening costs. Where applicable, approved reimbursements may be issued in accordance with company reimbursement policies following placement.
Certain applicants may initially engage as independent contractors (1099) during an evaluation or onboarding period. Independent contractor status does not constitute an employment relationship with JNR Medical Staffing Solutions or its client facilities. Any transition to employee (W-2) status will be provided in writing.
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary, client, and patient-related information accessed during the application, onboarding, or placement process. This includes protected health information (PHI) governed by HIPAA and any internal systems or procedures. All such information remains the property of JNR Medical Staffing Solutions or its clients.
By submitting your application, you consent to receive communications via phone, email, and text message regarding job opportunities, onboarding requirements, compliance requests, and placement updates. Standard message and data rates may apply.
JNR Medical Staffing Solutions is not responsible for technical failures, system interruptions, or third-party service disruptions. We do not guarantee job placement, compensation rates, assignment length, or continued engagement. You agree to release and hold JNR Medical Staffing Solutions harmless from any indirect or consequential damages related to the application or onboarding process.
All personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. While reasonable safeguards are implemented to protect applicant data, electronic transmission of information cannot be guaranteed to be entirely secure.
JNR Medical Staffing Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the application or onboarding process following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
By selecting “I Agree,” providing an electronic signature, or continuing the onboarding process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
