Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and organized Remote Administrative Coordinator to help manage day-to-day office support functions for a healthcare staffing team. This role is designed for candidates who want to gain experience in healthcare administration, remote operations, scheduling, documentation, data entry, and professional communication.

The selected candidate will help keep administrative workflows running smoothly by updating records, managing schedules, organizing files, responding to routine inquiries, and supporting communication between patients, healthcare professionals, clients, and internal team members. This position requires accuracy, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to complete tasks efficiently in a remote work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily virtual administrative tasks and healthcare staffing support activities
  • Coordinate appointments, schedules, calendars, follow-ups, and meeting arrangements
  • Update and maintain patient, client, candidate, provider, and internal records
  • Organize healthcare staffing documents, onboarding forms, reports, files, and compliance records
  • Communicate professionally with patients, providers, clients, managers, and team members by phone, email, and online platforms
  • Enter and update information in spreadsheets, CRM systems, scheduling platforms, healthcare databases, and internal tracking tools
  • Monitor credentialing documents, onboarding paperwork, scheduling requests, and task deadlines
  • Respond to routine questions, administrative requests, patient inquiries, and internal support needs
  • Prepare simple reports, status updates, workflow notes, and administrative summaries
  • Protect confidential information and follow healthcare-related documentation and compliance procedures
  • Provide occasional support with billing records, claims details, payroll documents, timekeeping, or file maintenance
  • Complete other administrative, clerical, and coordination tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and recordkeeping skills
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage priorities from a remote workspace
  • Reliable internet access and a professional home office setup
  • Knowledge of healthcare staffing, medical records, medical terminology, credentialing, or compliance documentation is helpful but not required
