Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Healthcare Customer Service & Medical Support Specialist to assist patients, healthcare providers, and clients with healthcare-related services, scheduling, product support, and administrative assistance.

This fully remote role combines customer service, healthcare support, and data entry responsibilities in a fast-paced medical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients and customers with identifying healthcare service needs and locating appropriate products or services
  • Accurately complete and file required patient records, service documentation, and administrative paperwork
  • Perform data entry related to patient accounts, appointments, services, and healthcare records
  • Enter sales, service, and billing information into computer systems
  • Research information for patients and healthcare providers using company databases and systems
  • Process payments for healthcare products and services while following accounting and compliance procedures
  • Maintain organized records and ensure accurate documentation
  • Support virtual patient communications and appointment coordination
  • Stay current on healthcare products, services, and company procedures
  • Follow all directives from management and healthcare compliance guidelines
  • Perform additional administrative and support duties as required

 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 1–2 years of customer service, healthcare support, or administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and patient service skills
  • Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and CRM systems
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting
