Position Overview
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Medical Data Entry & Healthcare Administrative Coordinator to support daily healthcare operations through accurate record management, patient data processing, and administrative coordination.

Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain patient records, insurance information, and healthcare documentation within electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Review medical forms and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Process patient intake information and update records as needed
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient communications
- Assist healthcare teams with administrative reporting and record management
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare privacy regulations
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and virtual communication platforms
- Generate reports and track operational data using spreadsheets and CRM systems
- Support billing, claims processing, and insurance verification tasks
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in medical administration, healthcare support, or data entry preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EMR systems, CRM software, and data entry platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology is an asset
