Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Junior Account Executive to join our remote healthcare staffing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are interested in healthcare staffing, client relations, sales support, and account management.

As a Junior Account Executive, you will assist with managing client accounts, supporting healthcare facilities, coordinating staffing needs, and helping connect qualified healthcare professionals with hospitals, clinics, and care facilities. This position combines client communication, administrative support, CRM data entry, scheduling coordination, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Executives and client service teams with healthcare staffing account management
  • Communicate with healthcare clients, facilities, and internal staffing teams through phone, email, and virtual platforms
  • Assist with identifying client staffing needs and coordinating appropriate healthcare staffing solutions
  • Maintain accurate client records, candidate notes, account activity, and follow-up tasks within CRM systems
  • Help schedule meetings, virtual consultations, interviews, and client check-ins
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare clients and staffing partners
  • Track client requests, open roles, placement activity, and account updates
  • Prepare basic reports, account summaries, and staffing activity updates
  • Assist with onboarding coordination, credential tracking, and documentation follow-up when needed
  • Support sales, recruiting, and operations teams with administrative and client-facing tasks
  • Follow company procedures, healthcare compliance guidelines, and confidentiality standards
  • Perform additional account support and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, healthcare administration, recruiting, staffing, or account coordination preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools
  • Accurate data entry and recordkeeping skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
  • Knowledge of healthcare staffing, medical terminology, or healthcare operations is an asset but not required
