Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Remote Healthcare Sales & Patient Solutions Representatives. This is a fully remote opportunity with pre-qualified appointments provided; no cold calling or prospecting required.

In this role, you will meet virtually with patients, healthcare professionals, and clients to discuss healthcare-related programs, wellness plans, medical coverage options, and patient support services. Full training, systems, and ongoing support are provided, making this an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and individuals looking to build a career in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-scheduled, qualified patients and healthcare clients through virtual appointments
• Present customized healthcare, wellness, or medical service solutions based on patient needs
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with patients and healthcare partners
• Maintain accurate patient records, notes, and data entry within CRM and healthcare management systems
• Track client interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities
• Follow a structured and compliant healthcare sales process
• Maintain professionalism and excellent communication throughout the patient experience
• Assist with administrative support and documentation as required
